As the technology needs of Data Search continued to grow, and with many future projects on the design table, it was time to bring our administrative and development support in house. In 2005, Benjamin J. Renko III founded InterActData to specialize in Web Development, System Administration and Technology Consulting. Our initial focus was the development of custom applications for the lending community, and specifically vmcSelect, a vendor management portal solution.
By hiring the best the industry had to offer, our staff is creative, innovative and continually stretching the boundaries of each project we choose to accept. They develop solutions to meet needs and never fail to meet a deadline.
Experts in web design, XML integration, workflow applications, Virtualization, Remote Office Technology, Mac conversions, and networking; InterActData is a complete technology solution. Providing technical and administrative support to Data Search and vmcSelect since 2005.
Having our own technology company that develops second to none solutions ensures efficiency through technology; now and into the future.
vmcSelect is owned and operated by InterActData. Data Search and InterActData are both privately held companies, owned and operated by the same partner group.
Data Search was founded in 1978 by Benjamin J. Renko Sr. With a modest staff of two, and the primary client population being finance companies located within Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Ben Sr's 30 years of experience in the finance industry was a key to our early success by knowing what the competition was capable of first hand. In 1980, Benjamin J. Renko III joined the company and learned the business from the ground up. As the "consumer finance" arm of the banking industry began to grow, so too did Data Search. The birth of the Equity Line changed consumer finance and our decision to compete on a national level changed Data Search. We established new territories, bringing our high standard of service and setting new expectations for what a vendor should be.
A key strength is our willingness and ability to change, quickly. It is this quality that has helped get us through the S&L Crisis of the late 80's and early 90's, the economic crash at the turn of the century and most recently this recession that has been particularly hard on the lending and title industry. Change is always difficult especially when it affects people, but we understand the necessity to continue to service our clients while providing for our employees and contractors. Our clients can count on us doing what is necessary, regardless of the circumstance, to provide the highest quality service.
